Because each item is individually handcrafted at the time of order, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your products. We use standard UPS shipping. Rates are automatically calculated as part of the checkout process. Please, no PO boxes.

Dog collars: For reasons of hygiene (from both a human and a canine point of view), we cannot accept returns on collars unless there is a proven defect in workmanship or materials, or if the product shipped does not match the product ordered. Improper sizing will not be grounds for accepting collar returns.
If a collar has proven defects, it may be returned for a full refund or replacement with a new collar of identical design, per the customer's choice.
Jewelry: Returns of jewelry in original, undamaged condition will be accepted within 15 days of receipt of shipment. Customer may choose full refund or full credit towards purchase of another product. If product shipped does not match product ordered, simply return received product and correct product will be fabricated then shipped at company's expense.
